Years Working in Field: 10

I have always enjoyed working with children. In 2002 I attended the University of San Francisco, where I received a BA in psychology, General Education Teaching Credentials and a Masters in Education. In 2007 I moved to Santa Cruz where I worked in an elementary school with students on the Autism Spectrum. I immediately went back to school to pursue a Level 2 Teaching Credential to work with students with Moderate to Severe disabilities. I worked as a teacher in Watsonville with elementary school students on the Autism Spectrum for 5 years. More recently I began schooling through Florida Institute of Technology to pursue my BCBA. I am currently finishing up schooling at FIT and working at Trumpet Behavioral Health as an Associate Clinician.

I very much enjoy what I do. I learn so much for each client and family I work with. It is an honor and a privilege to work with families to help attain their goals.

Philosophy of Care

I am passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities and their families. It is very rewarding to me and it gives me the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.
