Trumpet Behavioral Health Provides Leading ABA Therapy for Autism and Related Disorders for Families in the Cheyenne area.

With an autism treatment center in Cheyenne, we serve families across the southeastern Wyoming border.

We provide consulting, education, and training for parents, educators, and healthcare professionals. Tyra is a life-long student, earning an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Special Education from San Francisco State University, a law degree from the University of San Francisco, and a PhD in Disabilities Discipline/Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Utah State University.  She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She has published research studies addressing the use of choice as a reinforcer, and behavioral variability, co-written a chapter on Verbal Behavior, serves as a guest editor on journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice, and has presented at professional conferences, such as the Association for Behavior Analysts International.  Across her career, Tyra has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of individuals with disabilities from 15 months to adults in variety of settings, including public schools, non-public schools, privet homes, residential living facilities, vocational placements, and University-based clinics.  She has experience providing behavior analytic services to address reduction of severe problem behavior and skill acquisition, including social skills and language/pragmatic development.

Catherine Bladow is a Speech and Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She received her Masters Degree in Communication Disorders from University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2006.  She has worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities for over 20 years.  Catherine has worked in a variety of settings including; public schools, community re-entry programs, and private practice.  She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) , Colorado Speech and Hearing Association (CSHA) and the Association of Behavior Analysts International (ABAI).

I am truly blessed with my career as a speech language pathologist, and am passionate about helping my clients maximize their communication potential.   After completing my first year of graduate school, my summer internship introduced me to ABA.  After graduation, my externship was completed here at TBH.  I knew I had found my niche.  I work with children from preschool-age to adolescents, with a variety of speech and language disorders.

Trumpet Behavioral Health provides ABA therapy for Autism and other disorders with challenging behaviors. We provide consulting, education, and training for parents, educators, and healthcare professionals. Our highly skilled, passionate staff and Board Certified consultants work hard to provide the best possible behavior management outcomes.

As part of our mission to provide the best possible behavior management outcomes, our Cheyenne clinicians work closely with military families to provide resources and workshops for children ASDs and other related developmental disabilities.

Center-Based ABA Therapy for Autism and Intervention Services

  • Initial educational and functional behavior assessments
  • 1:1 intensive ABA-based treatment focusing on skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction

In-home Intensive ABA-based Intervention Service

  • In-home therapy service for children with developmental delays and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • A combination of incidental teaching, social skill instruction, and structured teaching methods
  • 1:1 intensive ABA-based treatment focusing on skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction
  • Parent, sibling and other care giver involvement and participation during all phases of the therapy program

Insurance Information

We accept most major insurance plans as well as CWA and CES waivers for ABA Therapy for Autism. We are not able to accept straight Medicaid at this time because Medicaid does not cover ABA services. However, we do offer payment plans for private pay for individuals that only have straight Medicaid.
