Erika Holtz is the Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Trumpet Behavioral Health. She carries a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University. Her main area of study is Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). In her previous position as Operations Manager at a school and clinic for pediatric behavioral health in Florida, she gained experience within all aspects of operations. She also brings experience in systems analysis and performance management through her previous position in the media industry as a Performance Excellence Manager. Ms. Holtz remains current in the field of OBM with active memberships in the Association for Applied Behavioral Analysis International (ABAI) and the Organizational Behavior Management Network (OBMN).
