Office Description
Trumpet Behavioral Health Phoenix (TBH) specializes in the treatment of children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental delays.
We provide Applied Behavior Analysis treatment (ABA), consulting, education, and training for parents, educators, and healthcare professionals. Our highly skilled, passionate staff and Board Certified consultants work hard to provide the best possible behavior management outcomes.
Phoenix Autism Center Summer Camps & Programs

Our Services
Center-Based Programs
Trumpet Behavioral Health’s Phoenix Autism Center offers an on-site group learning program for children ranging in age from 18 months to 5 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental delays. Our expert team also provides behavioral treatment services up to age 22 for in-home clients.
The classroom is based on the principles of ABA, including positive reinforcement, teaching skills systematically, ongoing assessment of progress, and environmental supports to promote age-appropriate behavior and skills.

In-home Intensive Intervention Service up to Age 22
- An in-home therapy service for children with significant developmental delays and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Therapy services are designed for each child involving Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Typical programs consist of 10-20 hours per week of therapy
- Parent involvement and participation during all phases of the therapy program
- Focus on promoting age-appropriate behavior and typical developmental progress
- A combination of incidental, social, and structured teaching methods

Our Staff
Director of Clinical Operations
Ph.D, BCBA-D
Dr. Paige Raetz is an Arizona Licensed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is the Clinical Director for the Arizona Region with Trumpet Behavioral Health. Dr. Raetz received her Ph.D. in 2011 from Western Michigan University. Provides families with a range of psychological assessment and treatment services for individuals with autism. Dr. Raetz provides consultation and supervision to paraprofessionals as well as master’s level clinicians. Oversees the EIBI/ABA treatment for all of the clients on caseload (including assessments, curriculum development, development and monitoring behavior management protocols, etc.). Develop protocols for implementing research. Her current research and clinical interests include applied behavior analysis, the behavioral treatment of autism and developmental disabilities, behavioral gerontology, and verbal behavior. Dr. Raetz has published articles and book chapters in the area of preference assessment and behavioral gerontology. Dr. Raetz has also served as a guest reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began working with children with autism in in-home and school based programs using Applied Behavior Analysis in 2000 upon receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Westmont College (Santa Barbara, CA). She was introduced to programming incorporating B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior and was certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2003. In 2008, she received her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ) concentrating on families grief, stress, and coping responses when an autism diagnosis is received. Sara took required coursework through Northern Arizona University and Florida Institute of Technology and became a BCBA in 2010. She comes to Trumpet Behavioral Health with a variety of experiences ranging from the implementation of ABA teaching techniques and assessments, working with families, and directing the daily operations of a local agency providing state services to children with developmental disabilities. She is passionate about programming for meaningful results that will lead to improvement in quality of life for families and their children.
